Alejandro Gal\u00e1n, despite his youth, has over 15 years of experience in various restaurants across the country, including Sant Pau (3 Michelin stars), Casa Gerardo (1 Michelin star), and later at the restaurant Santceloni (2 Michelin Stars). During his time in Madrid, Alejandro worked under the orders of chef Santi Santamar\u00eda, one of the most iconic cooks in Spanish gastronomic history, who forever marked his career.<\/span><\/h6>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

At El Borne, his second project, open since 2019, Alejandro Gal\u00e1n combines his experience in haute cuisine with gastronomic influences from various countries, applying them to the best selection of Asturian and national products.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
