Currently in charge of the beach bar and very soon of the entire catering, this is Alejandro Galán.

The chef and owner of the restaurant El Borne has always been a cooking enthusiast, starting his career in 2008 at the Euht San Pol de Mar Hospitality and Tourism School in Barcelona.

Alejandro Galán, despite his youth, has over 15 years of experience in various restaurants across the country, including Sant Pau (3 Michelin stars), Casa Gerardo (1 Michelin star), and later at the restaurant Santceloni (2 Michelin Stars). During his time in Madrid, Alejandro worked under the orders of chef Santi Santamaría, one of the most iconic cooks in Spanish gastronomic history, who forever marked his career.

At El Borne, his second project, open since 2019, Alejandro Galán combines his experience in haute cuisine with gastronomic influences from various countries, applying them to the best selection of Asturian and national products.
